FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Will Hoy will rejoin the Chamberlain Motorsport team for what is hoped will be for the whole of the FIA GT Championship and will drive one of the team's two new Chrysler Vipers. Hoy, who last drove for Chamberlain in 1992 taking 2 class wins in the World Sportscar Championship, will join Ni Amorim in one of the potent Vipers at the first race at Monza on 11th April.
Will Hoy states: "Driving a rear wheel drive car with 650 bhp was a bit of a culture shock after so many years of front wheel drive. I had forgotten how much fun you can have. The Viper seems to be an excellent race car and it gives a whole new meaning to throttle induced oversteer! Ni and I should be a pacey partnership, perhaps win some races this year and challenge for the Championship".
Hugh Chamberlain states "I've always thought that Will was very quick and sensible. The deal is only temporary at the moment but we are looking for the money to make it permanent."
